This document is a supplement to the general Kiges Privacy Policy and regulates data processing issues specific to the Kiges Pay payment interface (https://pay.kiges.cc).
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document supplements the general Kiges Privacy Policy and applies in conjunction with it. In case of discrepancies between the documents regarding Kiges Pay, this document prevails.
1.2. Kiges Pay is a unified interface for placing and paying for orders in Kiges services. Kiges Pay is not a seller of goods or services and is not a party to the service agreement.
1.3. Terms used in this document are applied in the meanings defined in the general Kiges Privacy Policy.
2. Data Processed by Kiges Pay
2.1. Kiges Pay processes the minimum amount of data necessary to ensure the functionality of the payment interface:
2.1.1. Order details: name of the good or tariff, price, description, seller (specific Kiges service).
2.1.2. Payment status: current order state (pending, completed, declined).
2.1.3. Order history: list of placed orders and their statuses.
2.1.4. Contact data: User's email address for sending receipts and order status notifications.
2.2. Kiges Pay does not receive, process, or store the User's payment data (bank card number, expiration date, CVV code, and other data). Payment data is entered by the User directly on the third-party payment provider's side.
2.3. Kiges Pay does not store Users' funds, does not issue electronic balance, and does not open payment accounts.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Displaying the order and seller information.
3.1.2. Redirecting the User to the payment provider.
3.1.3. Displaying payment status and providing a receipt.
3.1.4. Providing access to order history.
4. Data Sharing
4.1. Kiges Pay transmits to the third-party payment provider the minimum amount of data necessary to process the payment (amount, currency, order identifier).
4.2. Kiges Pay does not share Users' personal data with third parties, except as required by legislation.
5. User Rights
5.1. The User has the right to request information about processed data, demand its clarification or deletion in accordance with the general Kiges Privacy Policy.

6. Final Provisions
