Kiges Pay (https://pay.kiges.cc) is a unified interface for placing and paying for orders in Kiges services. These Terms define the procedure for using Kiges Pay and regulate the relations arising when placing and paying for orders.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Kiges Pay is a payment interface and does not act as a seller of goods or services. Kiges Pay provides the user (hereinafter — the User) with the ability to place an order and make a payment for goods or tariffs offered by specific Kiges services.
1.2. The seller of a good or service is always a specific Kiges service (e.g., Kiges Connect, Kiges Bots, Kiges Storage, etc.). Information about the seller is displayed on the order page before making a payment.
1.3. The service agreement is concluded between the User and the owner of the specific service. The terms of service provision, including tariffs, party obligations, liability, and refund procedures, are determined by the documents of the corresponding service (Public Offer, Refund Policy, and other documents).
1.4. Kiges Pay is not a party to the service agreement and is not responsible for the quality, content, and terms of provision of services paid through the Kiges Pay interface.
1.5. Kiges Pay is provided in Beta status. This means that the interface is in the testing and refinement stage and may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies.
2. Role of Kiges Pay
2.1. Kiges Pay performs the following functions:
2.1.1. Order display — shows the User order details, including the name of the good or tariff, price, description, and seller information.
2.1.2. Payment redirection — redirects the User to the payment provider to make a bank payment.
2.1.3. Payment status display — shows the User the current payment status (pending, completed, declined, etc.).
2.1.4. Receipt provision — provides the User with an electronic receipt or payment confirmation.
2.1.5. Order history — provides the User with access to the history of placed orders and payments.
2.2. Kiges Pay does not store Users' funds, does not issue electronic balance, and does not open payment accounts. All funds are processed by the payment provider.
2.3. Kiges Pay does not perform banking operations and does not act as a payment system. Bank payment processing is carried out by a third-party payment provider with whom the User interacts directly when making a payment.
3. Payment Processing
3.1. When placing an order through Kiges Pay, the User is redirected to a third-party payment provider to enter payment data and make a payment.
3.2. Payment data (bank card number, expiration date, CVV code, and other data) is entered by the User directly on the payment provider's side. Kiges Pay does not receive, process, or store the User's payment data.
3.3. After the payment is completed, the payment provider notifies Kiges Pay of the transaction result, after which Kiges Pay updates the order status and provides the User with payment confirmation.
3.4. Kiges Pay is not responsible for the actions of the payment provider, including delays, payment refusals, technical failures, and other circumstances arising on the payment provider's side.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refund matters are resolved in accordance with the seller's rules (the specific Kiges service) and the applicable documents of the corresponding service, including the Refund Policy.
4.2. Kiges Pay does not make refund decisions and does not process refunds independently. All refund requests are directed to the seller (the specific Kiges service) in accordance with its Refund Policy.
4.3. Kiges Pay may display the refund status in the order history after receiving a notification from the payment provider about the refund processing.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Kiges Pay processes the minimum amount of data necessary to ensure the functionality of the payment interface, including order details (name, price, seller), payment status, and order history.

5.3. Kiges Pay does not share payment data with third parties, as it does not receive or store it.
6. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. Kiges Pay is provided in Beta status. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
6.1.1. The interface may contain errors, bugs, inaccuracies, and unfinished features.
6.1.2. The interface functionality may change, be added, or removed without prior notice.
6.1.3. Certain features may not work correctly or may be unavailable.
6.1.4. The interface may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or bug fixes.
6.2. Kiges Pay is not responsible for:
6.2.1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the interface, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profit, revenue, or business opportunities.
6.2.2. Loss of data, order history, or settings resulting from failures, errors, updates, or maintenance work.
6.2.3. Incompatibility of the interface with any browsers, devices, or third-party services.
6.2.4. Interruption of the interface, reduced speed or connection quality.
6.2.5. Actions or inaction of the payment provider, including delays, payment refusals, technical failures, and other circumstances arising on the payment provider's side.
6.2.6. The quality, content, and terms of provision of services paid through the Kiges Pay interface.
6.3. Kiges Pay provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the interface, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights. The interface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
6.4. The User acknowledges that they use the interface in Beta status at their own risk and bears full responsibility for the consequences of its use.
7. Final Provisions
