This document is a supplement to the general Kiges Privacy Policy and regulates data processing issues specific to the Kiges One service — a unified subscription service providing access to a set of Kiges services, located at https://one.kiges.cc.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document supplements the general Kiges Privacy Policy and applies in conjunction with it. In case of discrepancies between the documents regarding Kiges One, this document prevails.
1.2. Use of the Kiges One service implies the User's consent to the terms of this document and the general Kiges Privacy Policy.
1.3. Terms used in this document are applied in the meanings defined in the general Kiges Privacy Policy and the Public Offer.
2. Data Processed within Kiges One
2.1. To ensure the functionality of the Kiges One service, the following categories of data are processed:
2.1.1. Account data: email address, password (hashed), User's name, notification settings.
2.1.2. Subscription data: selected Subscription Tier, subscription status, Subscription Period start and end dates, subscription history, tier change history.
2.1.3. Access and entitlement data: information about which Kiges services are included in the User's Subscription Tier, access levels, quotas, activation and deactivation of access to the Included Services.
2.1.4. Payment data: tariff information, payment history, bank card details (processed by the payment provider; Kiges One does not store full payment data). From the payment provider, Kiges One may receive partial (masked) card data, which is displayed in the "Payment Methods" section of Kiges Pay for the purpose of identifying the User's payment method. Such partial data does not allow a payment to be made and cannot be used for unauthorized debiting of funds.
2.1.5. Technical data: IP address, browser information, access time, cookies, subscription verification logs, service access logs.
2.2. Kiges One does not request or process special categories of personal data (information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.).
2.3. Kiges One does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by Users about themselves and is not responsible for their reliability.
3. Data Processing Related to Included Services
3.1. For the purpose of providing unified subscription access, Kiges One shares the User's account data and subscription data with the Kiges services included in the User's Subscription Tier (Included Services), including:
3.1.1. Account identification data (user ID, email address) for linking the User's account between Kiges One and the Included Services.
3.1.2. Subscription and entitlement data (Subscription Tier, access levels, quotas) for provisioning access to the Included Services.
3.1.3. Subscription status data for verifying the User's right to access the Included Services.
3.2. When using each Included Service, the User's data is processed by that service in accordance with that service's own Privacy and Data document. Kiges One is not responsible for the data processing practices of the Included Services beyond the data sharing described in this Section.
3.3. Kiges One may receive from the Included Services limited technical data necessary to verify the User's subscription status and entitlements (e.g., confirmation that the User's access was provisioned).
3.4. The User's activity data within each Included Service (e.g., websites created, emails sent, AI conversations, monitored services) is stored and processed by the corresponding Included Service, not by Kiges One, and is governed by that service's own legal documents.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
4.1. Data is processed for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Providing unified subscription access to the Included Services.
4.1.2. Managing the User's subscription, Subscription Tier, and entitlements.
4.1.3. Provisioning, verifying, and deactivating access to the Included Services.
4.1.4. Ensuring User authorization and access to service features.
4.1.5. Invoicing and payment processing, including automatic subscription renewal.
4.1.6. Providing technical support.
4.1.7. Preventing abuse, fraud, subscription sharing, and violations of the Public Offer.
4.1.8. Sending notifications to the User about subscription status, renewals, and account.
5. Data Storage and Protection
5.1. Subscription data and entitlement data are stored for the period of use of the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter, except for data that must be stored in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.2. Kiges One takes technical and organizational measures to protect User data, including encrypting data transmission via HTTPS, restricting employee access to data, and regular backups.
5.3. In the event of a data security breach, Kiges One takes measures to eliminate the breach and notifies affected Users within a reasonable time.
5.4. Kiges One does not guarantee absolute data security and is not liable for the disclosure of data resulting from circumstances beyond the Contractor's control, including hacker attacks, failures of third-party services, or actions of government authorities.
6. Data Sharing with Third Parties
6.1. Kiges One does not share Users' personal data with third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia.
6.2. Kiges One may use the services of third-party providers (payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services) to ensure the operation of the service. Data sharing with such providers is carried out under confidentiality agreements.
6.3. Kiges One shares User data with the Included Services operated by the same Contractor for the purpose of providing subscription access, as described in Section 3 of this document. Such sharing is not a transfer to third parties.
6.4. Kiges One may share aggregated and anonymized statistical data with third parties for the purpose of analysis and service improvement.
6.5. Kiges One may share User data with authorized state authorities of the Republic of Serbia on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia.
7. User Rights
7.1. The User has the right to:
7.1.1. Request information about the personal data processed by Kiges One.
7.1.2. Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained.
7.1.3. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to info@kiges.cc.
7.1.4. Delete their account and all associated data by contacting support.
7.2. Upon account deletion, Kiges One deletes the User's data within a reasonable time, except for data that must be stored in accordance with applicable legislation (e.g., transaction data, abuse prevention logs).
7.3. Deletion of the Kiges One account or data does not automatically delete the User's data within the Included Services; such data is governed by the legal documents of the corresponding services.
8. Data Deletion
8.1. The User can request deletion of their subscription data at any time through the service interface or by contacting support.
8.2. When an account is deleted, all associated data, including subscription data, entitlement data, and access history, is deleted without the possibility of recovery, except for data subject to mandatory storage by law.
8.3. Kiges One reserves the right to delete data of inactive accounts after 12 (twelve) months from the date of the User's last activity.
8.4. The Contractor is not liable for any losses of the User arising from the deletion of data, including loss of subscription history or entitlements.
9. Cookies and Analytics
9.1. Kiges One uses cookies to ensure the operation of authorization and remember User settings.
9.2. Kiges One may collect aggregated anonymous statistics on service usage to improve the service.
9.3. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the service that require authorization.
10. Additional Conditions
10.1. Kiges One reserves the right to make changes to this document. The User undertakes to independently monitor the current version.
