This document is a supplement to the general Kiges Privacy Policy and regulates data processing issues specific to the Kiges Tools service — a free platform of tools without registration, including text tools, encoding and decoding, developer tools, calculators, image tools, and others.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document supplements the general Kiges Privacy Policy and applies in conjunction with it. In case of discrepancies between the documents regarding the Kiges Tools service, this document prevails.
1.2. Use of the Kiges Tools service implies the User's consent to the terms of this document and the general Kiges Privacy Policy.
1.3. Terms used in this document are applied in the meanings defined in the general Kiges Privacy Policy.
1.4. The Kiges Tools service is provided free of charge and does not require registration or account creation.
2. Data Processed within the Kiges Tools Service
2.1. Since the Kiges Tools service does not require registration, the volume of processed data is minimal. When using the service, the following categories of data are processed:
2.1.1. Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, browser language, referrer (address of the previous page), date and time of visit.
2.1.2. Data entered by the User into tools: text, code, images, and other data that the User voluntarily enters for processing by the selected tool.
2.2. Kiges Tools does not request or process special categories of personal data (information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.).
2.3. Kiges Tools does not require the provision of a name, email address, phone number, or other identifying data to use the tools.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Ensuring tool functionality — processing data entered by the User to provide the result of the selected tool.
3.1.2. Technical support — maintaining the operability of the service, preventing technical failures and abuse.
3.1.3. Analytics — collecting aggregated anonymous visit statistics to improve the service.
4. Tool Data Processing
4.1. Data entered by the User into tools (text, code, images, etc.) is processed on the server side or in the User's browser depending on the specific tool.
4.2. Kiges Tools does not store data entered by the User into tools after processing is completed and the result is provided. Data is deleted immediately after the operation is completed.
4.3. Kiges Tools does not transmit data entered by the User to third parties.
4.4. The User is advised not to enter confidential, secret, or personal data of third parties into the tools.
4.5. Kiges Tools is not responsible for the content of data entered by the User into the tools.
5. Data Storage and Protection
5.1. Technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, etc.) is stored for the period necessary to ensure the operability of the service and prevent abuse, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
5.2. Kiges Tools takes technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypting data transmission via HTTPS, restricting employee access to data, and regular backups.
5.3. In the event of a data security breach, Kiges Tools takes measures to eliminate the breach and notifies affected Users within a reasonable time.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
6.1. Kiges Tools does not share Users' personal data with third parties, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia.
6.2. Kiges Tools may use third-party services (hosting, analytics) to ensure the operation of the service. Data sharing with such providers is carried out under confidentiality agreements.
6.3. Kiges Tools may share aggregated anonymized statistical information with third parties for analysis and service improvement purposes.
7. User Rights
7.1. Since the Kiges Tools service does not require registration and does not store User data after processing, the User's rights regarding data are limited.
7.2. The User has the right to:
7.2.1. Request information about technical data collected during their visit to the service.
7.2.2. Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained.
7.2.3. Withdraw consent to data processing by discontinuing the use of the service.

8. Data Deletion
8.1. Since Kiges Tools does not require registration and does not store User data after processing, special data deletion is not required.
8.2. Data entered into tools is deleted immediately after processing is completed.
8.3. Technical data is deleted or aggregated after the expiration of the period necessary to ensure the operability of the service.
9. Cookies and Analytics
9.1. Kiges Tools uses cookies minimally — only to ensure correct operation of the service and remember user preferences (e.g., interface language).
9.2. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings. This will not affect the functionality of the tools, but may limit additional features.
9.3. Kiges Tools may collect aggregated anonymous visit statistics to improve the service.
10. Additional Conditions
10.1. Kiges Tools reserves the right to make changes to this document. The User undertakes to independently monitor the current version.
