Kiges Connect Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is an integral part of the Public Offer and regulates the procedure and conditions for refunding money to the Customers of the Service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy applies to all payments made by the Customer in the course of using the Service – the Kiges Connect platform for creating branded short links, dynamic QR codes, and bio pages.

1.2. The fact of payment for services means full agreement of the Customer with the conditions of this Policy.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Refunds are made exclusively for unused full months of access to the Service.

2.2. Refunds are not made in the following cases:

- when purchasing access for a period of one month; - when choosing a monthly tariff (regardless of the date of the refund request); - for the current (already started) month, regardless of the date of the request.

2.3. When purchasing access for several months, the Customer has the right to a refund for months that have not started (future months).

Example: If access is paid for 3 months and the current month has already started (e.g., the 1st), the refund is made only for the remaining 2 months that have not started.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To apply for a refund, the Customer must contact the Service's support team, providing:

- full name or account login; - date and amount of payment; - bank card or account details for the refund; - reason for the request.

3.2. Refunds are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Customer's request.

3.3. Refunds are made to the bank card or account specified by the Customer during payment.

4. Grounds for Refusal of Refund

4.1. The Contractor has the right to refuse a refund and block access to the Service without compensation in the following cases:

- violation by the Customer of the terms of the Public Offer; - use of the Service for illegal purposes, including distribution of prohibited content, fraudulent activities, phishing; - violation of intellectual property rights of third parties; - distribution of spam, viruses, or malicious software through the Service; - use of short links, QR codes, and bio pages to redirect to resources with malicious content or phishing pages; - attempts to bypass security systems or conduct attacks on the Service.

4.2. The decision to refuse a refund may be appealed by the Customer by contacting the support team by email.

5. Additional Provisions

5.1. The Contractor is not liable for delays in refunds caused by the actions of payment systems or banks.

5.2. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The Customer undertakes to independently monitor the current version of the Policy.

5.3. All disputed issues related to refunds are resolved through email correspondence in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Offer.
