These Terms of Service (hereinafter – the Terms) govern the relations arising between the contractor and the User in connection with the use of the Kiges Shield service — a service included with Kiges Uptime that provides CAPTCHA, cookie consent management, and GDPR consent checks for the User's websites (hereinafter – the Service).

1. General Provisions

1.5. The Service is provided as part of a Kiges Uptime subscription. The terms of payment, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the Kiges Uptime Public Offer. These Terms regulate only the specifics of using the Kiges Shield service.
